This page sets out our shipping and delivery terms for all orders placed at rndpeptides.co.uk.
1. Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours (2 working days) of order confirmation, Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 noon on a Friday will typically be dispatched the following Monday.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
2. Delivery Options and Timescales
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Every order is sent on a tracked 24-hour delivery service as standard — there is no slower option to select.

Delivery timescales are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier, adverse weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
3. Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your chosen service and delivery address. Any applicable charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your order.
We periodically offer free shipping promotions — any such offers will be clearly advertised on our website.
4. Tracking Your Order
All orders are sent via a tracked service. Your dispatch confirmation email will include a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery.
If you have not received your dispatch email within 48 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
5. Packaging and Discretion
All orders are dispatched in plain, discreet outer packaging with no reference to the contents on the outside of the parcel. Packing slips included inside the parcel will reference R&D Peptides.
All orders are cold-chain shipped. Every parcel is packed with ice packs and insulated packaging to maintain compound integrity in transit.
6. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, your courier will leave a card or notification with instructions for redelivery or collection. It is your responsibility to arrange redelivery or collect your parcel within the timeframe specified by the courier.
Parcels that are returned to us due to a failed delivery or an incorrect address provided at checkout may be subject to a redelivery charge.
7. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of your expected delivery date, please contact us so we can investigate with our courier.
If your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging and contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographs. We will assess each case and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
8. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to amend delivery addresses once an order has been dispatched. R&D Peptides accepts no liability for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
9. UK Shipping Only
We currently ship to UK addresses only. We do not ship internationally at this time. This is reviewed periodically and we will update this policy if our shipping coverage changes.
