All products sold by R&D Peptides are research compounds supplied strictly for laboratory research use. Because we cannot verify storage, handling, or chain-of-custody conditions once an order has been delivered, we do not accept returns on delivered orders.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or does not match what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the items received. We will replace the affected items or issue a full refund.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order free of charge at any time before it has been dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we will cancel and refund the order in full.
Failed or cancelled payments
If your payment does not complete, your order is automatically cancelled and you will not be charged. No action is needed on your part.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods.
